I went to one of my favorite places...Pat's BlueBonnet Yarn Shoppe. I stayed there most of the day reknitting my Bolero. Sue Anne advised me to use #10 needles....now I have the correct gauge :) Thank you Sue Anne. Judy...I hope your Birthday dinner was a Blast. I can't wait to see the pics of your daughter's present. I am on my way to snoop in your blog :)

Hi Cindy! Whew, I finished the shrug the day after the party, but that's okay. She loved it! The dinner was fab. We had king crab legs, potato salad, corn on the cob, garlic bread, and of course the cheesecake for dessert! It was very good and the party was so much fun. I posted a photo of the shrug on my blog, and hopefully she will send me a photo of her wearing it. Take care, and it was nice meeting you.
